Sarah told me, "I'm going to make a great psychiatrist when I grow up. I'm really good at it."
Then she told this story. "Beth came to me with a real problem and I solved it! She said, 'I keep sticking out my tongue at people and I can't stop.'" So, I taped her mouth shut. Problem solved."
