On Monday evening, we went with a few other families to hike to Cecret Lake in Albion Basin in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Late July is wildflower season in that area. I've been there before but not for several years. Now I think I have to make a habit of going there every year at this time. I'm a big fan of wildflowers. Utah doesn't always seem to have the brightest and fullest array of flowers. But in one way, it makes me appreciate more every little flower. I took some photos. Photos can't really capture the beauty...but that's the way it is with life.

The flowers were gorgeous at Mirror Lake as well. I'll have to post some of my pictures. I love the mountains.
Lovely pictures! Thanks for posting them.
